Dr. Atiya Bahmanyar
KIDS DENTIST · FOUNDER
A gentle, compassionate dentist who trained at NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Atiya founded the Spot to make dental visits feel calm, kind, and a little bit fun for every kid — from wiggly toddlers to too-cool teens.
Dr. Jennifer Lin
KIDS DENTIST
Raised in a family of dental professionals and trained at UCSF, Dr. Lin believes a positive first visit shapes a lifetime of healthy smiles. Her care centers on patience, education, and evidence-based dentistry.
Dr. Sammi Yu
KIDS DENTIST
Trained at UCSF, Dr. Sammi is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where little ones feel comfortable being exactly who they are.
With patience and encouragement, she helps children take on the hard things, one small step at a time, so they can leave each visit feeling confident, brave, and proud of themselves. She believes that building healthy dental habits from a young age lays the foundation of a lifetime of healthy smiles.
Vina, RDA
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Vina is the heart of Kids Dental Spot! As our Registered Dental Assistant, she helps keep everything running smoothly while making sure everyone feels cared for along the way. She has a natural way of looking after both our little patients and our team, bringing a comforting, nurturing presence to the office. From keeping things flowing behind the scenes to making sure each child feels supported and each family feels welcome, Vina is always looking out for everyone. She truly is like the mom of our office, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of the Kids Dental Spot family!

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Sarai is one of the sweet faces who helps make Kids Dental Spot feel like home! As a Registered Dental Assistant, she brings a kind, patient, and gentle approach to every interaction with our little patients. She takes the time to make children feel comfortable and cared for, helping them feel safe and at ease throughout their dental visits. Her calm presence and thoughtful nature make a big difference, especially for little ones who may be feeling nervous. Nicandra is one of the amazing team members who helps make Kids Dental Spot such a special place! She’s always working hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and is known for taking the best X-rays with a gentle, patient touch. She has a special way of making our littlest patients feel comfortable and at ease, even when they’re feeling a little nervous. Nicandra loves assisting during treatment and helping children feel calm, safe, and cared for every step of the way. Yannely is one of the friendly faces that makes every family feel welcome at Kids Dental Spot! As our front desk coordinator and dental assistant, she wears many hats and is always ready to lend a helping hand. From greeting families with a warm smile and answering calls to checking in with parents and helping coordinate their visits, Yannely puts so much care into making sure everyone feels taken care of. She is sweet, thoughtful, and always willing to take the extra time to help wherever she’s needed. Her caring nature and welcoming personality help make Kids Dental Spot feel like a second home for our little patients and their families!

What age groups do we see?
We see anyone 21 years old and under — newborns are welcome!
What insurances do we accept?
We accept Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal and most PPO insurances.
What if my insurance is out of network?
Call us at (714) 900-3340 and our staff will help find a special rate if possible. New patient specials can start at $69 for younger infants (price depends on age).
When should my child first see the dentist?
As soon as the first tooth erupts, or by their first birthday.
